Returns and Exchange Policy for In-stock Items
For all returns and exchanges please email us at:
info@peaceloveanddecorating.com and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may also contact us calling customer service at 888-808-3267 or 404-891-1444. Please note that items purchased may or may not be returned directly to Peace, Love and Decorating. Depending on the item, you may be instructed to return or exchange directly to the product manufacturer. All instructions regarding returns will be provided at the time you receive a return authorization. Important note: any items that are returned without a RA number can not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Restocking Fees
The following products are subject to a 25% restocking fee for any items that is not considered defective: All bedding (excluding custom bedding), lamps, lamp shades, rugs, framed art, Davenport Home Furnishings, Christopher Radko Ornmanents, Ditz Designs. Currey and Company lighting products, Artisan Spirit and custom bedding ensembles are considered final sales and are not eligible for exchange or refund. Any wall decal or die cut that has been applied or is not in the original packaging cannot be exchanged or receive a refund. All items should be returned in their original packaging with 30 days and must be found in their original condition. Refunds and exchanges will not be made without the original packaging or if found used, worn or not in it's original condition.
Shipping Fees and "Free Shipping" Products
Shipping fees incurred by returning items for refund or exchange will not be credited or refunded back to you. If you are returning an item with free shipping, the refund or credit you receive will be for the price paid for the item less the cost for standard shipping. Any item purchased with free shipping and is exchanged for an item that has shipping cost, a standard fee for shipping will be incurred. Exchanges on items that have received free shipping for another item with free shipping is subject to a standard shipping charge in order for us to cover our costs.
Jewelry and Fashion Accessories
Jewelry and belts can be exchanged unless the item you are returning has been special ordered. Shannon Koszyk Jewelry is custom made to order and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. All jewelry and belts that receive a RA number must be returned in their original unused condition and packaging. Jewelry that is eligible for return and that has been purchased with free shipping will have standard shipping cost deducted from the credit you receive. Any jewelry item or belt with free shipping that is exchanged for another item with free shipping is subject to a standard shipping charge in order for us to cover our costs.
Non- Stocked Items and Special Orders
Important: The following items are non-stocked items many are made-to-order and are considered to be final sales which will not eligible for return or exchange:
Shannon Koszyk Jewerly, custom ordered bedding, custom ordered belts, Currey and Company Lighting, Artisan Spirit, Avindy, Magnolia, Rhino trunks or items that are monogrammed or personalized.
