We’re taking a look at some of our favorite designers to learn a little more about who they are and how they got to where they are. Joanna Gaines Starting off with a definite crowd pleaser, Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines has become one of the most beloved brands. Created by Joanna Gaines on the basis of preserving the importance of home, Magnolia Home celebrates telling your family’s story in the spaces where life happens. From co-hosting HGTV’s “Fixer Upper” to creating the Magnolia Market and respective design lines, Joanna Gaines’ collections are known for turning a house into a home. Her collaboration with Loloi rugs offers a line of exclusive rugs with rich textures, bold patterns and exceptional quality, all while offering a practical price point without sacrificing quality. You can browse the entire Magnolia Home collection here, and check out a few of our favorite items! From rugs to pillows and throws, the entire collection from Magnolia is curated to meet your home needs. Carla Regina Zajac and James Andrew Slaven Carla Regina Zajac and James Andrew Slaven from Regina Andrew founded their company on the merging of grit and grace. The married couple from Detroit pulls inspiration from their hometown to create pieces that electrify the room. The first piece they ever designed was a designer doghouse for a charity fundraiser, and from the start they’ve sought innovation and self-expression. Unforgettable design is found in their creative pieces that boast an incredible attention to detail. Regina Andrew stands out for their commitment to putting people first, and their designs reflect that knowledge of their customer. We love their lighting pieces for their unique details and timeless style. A few of our favorites? The Cheyanne Antler chandelier and the Adeline lantern. Source: Go Design Go Bunny Williams Bunny Williams stands out for her impeccable taste and legendary design and style. She created her collaborative line with Currey & Company in 2015, and the resulting designs celebrate the joy of creating a warm and welcoming home through exquisite lighting. Her pieces are timeless and classic. Think vintage-inspired pieces with simple finishings that stand out for their industrial accents. Some of our favorite pieces include the Currey & Company Wakefield wall sconce and the Biddulph semi-flush mount. Luli Sanchez Luli Sanchez was born in Cuba and raised in Queens, New York. It was in New York that Luli learned the art of painting and design. She combines her love for watercolor painting into her rugs for a style that is truly breathtaking and art-inspired. We love the vibrancy and motion she brings to her designs, and one of our favorite pieces from her is the Jaipur Ojo Rug, for its dynamic shapes and tones. Source: www.justinablakeney.com Justina Blakeney Justina Blakeney’s designs for Loloi embrace the bold and the beautiful. The American author and designer brought her free spirited style to Loloi to craft a collection of rugs that stand out on their own. With boho-inspired textures and hand-crafted details, this collection takes a walk on the wild side. One of our favorites from her collaboration with Loloi is the Gemology collection. Windsor Smith Windsor Smith collaborated with Arteriors to create speciality pieces that combine bohemian flair with glistening metals and details. Her third collaboration with Arteriors, Windsor approached this collection with the intention of combining the breeze of the bohemian style with the sandy drifts of the desert. The result is a collection that features a seamless collaboration of colored glass and hand-woven leather. Our favorite piece from the collection is a tie between the Elis Bench and the Athena wall sconce. Source: www.laurakirar.com Laura Kirar “I have always been inspired by art, architecture, fashion and nature,” says designer Laura Kirar. When she set out to create a line with Arteriors, Laura knew she would pull inspiration from her favorite raw materials to express her originality. Her design process begins with a sketch or even a memory that she then crafts to paper or clay to see her idea come to life. We love the mix of unexpected textures with seamless design in this Staggered pendant. Sandra Hernandez Yedor Sandra Hernandez Yedor created Lili Alessandra to focus on luxury fabrics and timeless design to invent a new standard of comfort and lavishness in the world of bedding. Sandra embraces the importance of a signature style to create a line of designs that customers get to enjoy every single day. Her pieces stand alone for their luxurious feel and quality, and her designs bring fashion into bedding like never before. We can’t get enough of the Chloe Comfortlet.
