Are there any discounts available for Magnolia Home products?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any discounts on Magnolia Home items. However, we are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Free Shipping applies to items shipped by standard service within the continental United States.
How do I order a sample rug?
Sample sized rugs are a great option if you're unsure about a color or fabric. Many Magnolia Home rug styles are available in a 1'6" x 1'6" sample size. Any sample sized rug can be purchased for $25, includes free shipping and is yours to keep. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sample rugs. If you would like to order a full-sized rug, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to ensure availability. What does "Call for Availability" mean?
Call for Availability means an item is currently in production and is not readily available to ship. Please call our customer service team at 888.808.3267 or email at email@example.com to inquire about the estimated arrival date (ETA) of any item.
Why does my Magnolia Home order require a signature upon delivery?
Per any Magnolia Home order shipping via FedEx Ground or Freight, a signature is required to ensure the safe delivery of your item(s). You may also choose to have your order delivered to a business address or be available for pick up at your nearest FedEx location.
Can I return a Magnolia Home pillow or throw?
Due to the manufacturer's guidelines, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any Magnolia Home throw or pillow. All pillows and throws are considered final sale. If you are unsure whether a pillow will work in your space, we recommend ordering one at a time.
Is there a restocking fee to return or exchange a rug?
There is a 10% restocking fee on all non-defective rug returns for rug sizes under 8' x 10' and a 20% restocking fee for rugs 8' x 10' and larger.
How do I return a Magnolia Home rug?
Please save your original packing material as it will make shipping your rug back easier. You must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email before returning any item.
Returning a Damaged Rug: Return/Exchange requests for damaged items must be received within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will ship as available, or you may choose to receive a full refund. In most cases, a pre-paid return label will be issued for the damaged merchandise. All details will be included via email.
Returning a Non-Defective Rug: Return/Exchange requests for non-defective items must be received within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. If a return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping cost(s) and applicable restocking fees will also be deducted from your refund. All details will be included via email.
To return or exchange a rug, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form below and include your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. Please also include the reason for your return or exchange.
When will I be refunded?
Your refund will be applied once your return has been received and processed by the warehouse. For non-defective returns, outbound + return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
