Thank you for shopping at Peace, Love & Decorating! We are proud of the quality products we offer, and we love helping you find your inspiration. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. (Note: Exclusions apply. See below). In the unlikely event that an item on your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement immediately as available.

Is My Item Eligible for Return?

Not every item is eligible for return. You can find the return eligibility of your item on the item's product detail page under "Returns & Shipping," or by locating the brand return details below. Please note that we do not accept returns on:

  • bedding, pillows, and throw blankets
  • made to order items
  • personalized or customized items
  • used items or items without original packaging
  • items outside of the 30 day return policy

Received a Damaged Item?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your order is arriving by LTL Freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect the order and NOTE ALL CONCERNS on the BOL/Delivery receipt BEFORE you sign for the shipment. NOTE: If you sign for a signature-required shipment without reporting any damages or defects, you are responsible for all damages and your damage claim may be denied. All damages must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of the item. Damage claims received after this grace period may be denied.

To report a damaged or defective item, please take a few photos and fill out the form below or email info@peaceloveanddecorating.com with "Order # - Damaged Item" as the subject line. If the shipping box is also damaged, please attach a photo of it as well. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. Replacements will ship out as available.

In most cases, the damaged item will NOT need to be returned unless otherwise stated. Please keep the damaged item and ALL packing material for at least (7) days in case an inspection is required (this is unlikely). After that time, you may dispose of the damaged item.

How Do I Return My Item?

All eligible returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) issued within 30 days of the date the order was received. For all returns, please fill out the form below to request a Return Authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email. You may alternatively request a return by emailing our customer service team at info@peaceloveanddecorating.

Once you request a return, we will email you a return authorization within 2-4 business days. You will then have 30 days to return your item. All returns must be returned at the customer's expense, unless otherwise stated. Any item accepted for return or exchange must be in new/unused condition with all original packaging and/or tags attached. All instructions regarding returns and exchanges will be provided at the time you receive a return authorization.

How Do I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is received, refunds will be credited to the original form of payment less the cost of outbound & return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees.
Any item returned without a RA number can not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Arteriors orders usually ship within 2-4 business days. Many of the lamps, chandeliers and home decor items can be shipped by UPS while larger items must ship by freight carrier. If an item must be shipped by a freight carrier, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery time.

How do I order a sample rug?
Sample sized rugs are a great option if you're unsure about a color or fabric. Many Loloi rug styles are available in the 1'6" x 1'6" sample size. If the 1'6" x 1'6" size is not available for the style you would like a sample of, we are able to order the next smallest available size for you as a sample. Any sample sized rug can be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee. You will need to request an RMA. All returns must be returned at the customer's expense. What does "Call for Availability" mean?

Is there a restocking fee to return or exchange a rug?
There is a 10% restocking fee on all non-defective rug returns for rug sizes under 8' x 10' and a 20% restocking fee for rugs 8' x 10' and larger from Loloi Rugs.

How do I return a Loloi rug?
Please save your original packing material as it will make shipping your rug back easier. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email before returning any item.

Returning a Damaged Rug: Return/Exchange requests for damaged items must be received within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will ship as available, or you may choose to receive a full refund. In most cases, a pre-paid return label will be issued for the damaged merchandise. All details will be included via email.

How do I order a sample rug?

Per any Magnolia Home order shipping via FedEx Ground or Freight, a signature is required to ensure the safe delivery of your item(s). You may also choose to have your order delivered to a business address or be available for pick up at your nearest FedEx location.

Can I return a Magnolia Home pillow or throw?
Due to the manufacturer's guidelines, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any Magnolia Home throw or pillow. All pillows and throws are considered final sale. If you are unsure whether a pillow will work in your space, we recommend ordering one at a time.
