What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Why was my credit card charged?
All payment information is processed immediately to secure stock of your selection(s). If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What does Pre-Order mean?
Pre-Order means that new stock of that style is currently in production. Pre-ordering an item secures your stock as soon as it becomes available. Some Pre-Order styles may experience production delays outside of our control. In the case of any delay, we will provide updates as soon as we can.
What does Made to Order mean?
If an item is made to order, it means that stock of this item is not readily available at the time of purchase. Most customized products are made to order. Please check the product page for more information on lead times and availability.
What does Call for Availability Mean?
Call for Availability means a product may be significantly back-ordered, or nearly sold out. If you see an item that is Call for Availability, please contact Customer Service at 888-808-3267.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are unfortunately not able to ship any items internationally. For more shipping information, please review our shipping policy here.
How do I remove an item or cancel my order?
For any cancellation requests, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. Note: some made to order items are not eligible for cancellation after a 24 hour period. Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
How do I request a refund?

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
While rare, damages do occur from time to time. Please immediately take photos of any damage and fill out the form for Returns & Exchanges here.
