Shipping and Delivery Times
Estimated ship times are located on each product page. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on back-order, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. Occasionally, issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification including a shipment tracking number. This tracking number can be used to follow the location of your package(s). Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. For oversize items, the appropriate freight service will contact you using the phone number on file. *You must note all damage at the time of delivery for all LTL shipments.
Drop Ship Items
Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer. The lead times for these products may vary, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. Our customer service team will contact you with the estimated shipment date after your order has been placed.
We recommend, and will be happy to arrange, the use of a receiver or white glove service for certain freight deliveries. If a receiver is used in the shipment of your item, there may be additional charges for home delivery from this service. By not using one of these services, you are agreeing to act as a "receiver," meaning you agree to the responsibilities of inspecting your package(s) for damage and disposing of all packing materials.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. Your shipping cost can be estimated by clicking on ‘View Cart’ and filling out the form at the bottom of the page. We primarily ship orders via FedEx but may ship via an alternate carrier. After your order is placed we will determine which method is best to ship your order. Please note that the actual service may differ.

Free Shipping Items
Peace, Love & Decorating currently offers ‘Free Shipping’ on all orders over $100 included on the website www.peaceloveanddecorating.com. Please note, ‘Free Shipping’ only applies to items shipped by standard service within the contiguous 48 states only.
If you are returning an item with free shipping, the refunded amount given will have standard shipping cost deducted from the credit you receive. If an item is purchased with free shipping and later exchanged for an item that has shipping cost, a standard fee for shipping will be incurred. Exchanges on items that have received free shipping for another item with free shipping may be subject to a standard shipping charge.
Orders Shipping to Alaska, Canada & Hawaii
Free shipping only applies to shipments with the USA (contiguous 48 states). Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders shipping to Canada do not qualify for free shipping and must be processed over the phone or by email. At this time, we are unfortunately not able to ship any items internationally. If you would like to use a freight forwarding service within the U.S., we are happy to accommodate. All you need to do is set up an account with the service of your choice and enter the shipping information at checkout.
Back-orders & Pre-orders
An item can be placed on 'back-order' if the requested merchandise is not currently located at the company's distribution center. Reasons for back-orders include, but are not limited to, new product(s) that have not been received and/or product(s) that have recently sold-out and are currently being re-ordered.
Many items are able to be ordered as a 'pre-order' and will be shipped out upon immediate arrival. Estimated arrival times of these products can be found on individual product pages. Please contact our customer service team for any questions or concerns regarding an estimated date of arrival.
Due to the fact that Peace, Love & Decorating inventory is limited, seasonal, and subject to change, please note once a product is gone there can be no guarantee that the company will continue to carry the item.
