A 25% restocking fee applies to all Jonathan Charles returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement as available. Please email info@peaceloveanddecorating.com or fill out the form below to request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. Any item returned or exchanged without a RA cannot be accepted for refund or exchange and will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. Any item returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition.
All returns must be returned at the customer's expense. Refund credits will be applied less the cost of outbound shipping for all items that shipped for free.
